Outbound Sales Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and social media connections
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Prepare contracts for customer review and execution
  • Work with Customer Success team to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven outbound sales experience
  • Experience selling SaaS considered an asset
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling 50-100 calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent or 2 years’ experience in outbound sales
